If you are looking for some shows to see this weekend, I have a pick for tonight and tomorrow featuring friends of the dig.
Tonight, get your Aputumpu Music Fest 2013 fix at The Studio at Webster Hall with Cultfever. The music starts at 6:30 and the bill has many bands, including recently on the Dig Computer Magic. Tickets are $10 and available here. Cultfever's latest release is the "Animals" 7-inch record. Here's the B-side, "Chicken."
Saturday night, see Hey Anna at Piano's. The band is fresh off their amazing set last week at our TWD showcase, so you should definitely believe me when I say you must go. They will be in the showroom playing at either 8:30 or 9:00 along with four other bands. The show is $10 and you can get tickets here. The band is making some new music, but get your fix for now with "Love Love Baby" from their self-titled EP.
