Tomorrow night, Kestrels will play at Pianos in the Showroom, and we'll be there.
Kestrels are a Canadian rock band that has a heavy 90s vintage fuzz characteristic of so many bands I loved from the time, so I'm pretty psyched for the chance to see them perform. Check out "Dumb Angel" from their latest album A Ghost History. They take the stage of the Showroom at 8:00 PM (on a bill with Lost Romance, Romans, Everymen, and The Everymen – I don't think that's a misprint…) at Pianos, which is at 158 Ludlow in Manhattan. The show costs $8.
